Slow Cooker Chili

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 6-8 hours
Yields: 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup diced onion
3/4 cup diced celery
3/4 cup diced bell pepper (whichever color you prefer)
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 (10.75 oz) cans tomato puree
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans (with liquid)
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans (drained)
1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans (with liquid)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp pepper
Cheddar cheese for sprinkling
DIRECTIONS
1. Brown ground beef in a large pan on medium heat. Drain grease.

2. Place beef in a slower cooker and mix in all other ingredients except for the cheese. You do not have to stir and combine the ingredients, but you can if you'd like!


3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

4. Top with cheese, serve & enjoy!
